Weak Base Anion Exchange Resin for Deodorization Purification

D301 is a food grade macroporous weakly alkaline styrene based Anion Exchange Resin. Due to its uniform solid structure and low swelling rate after ion state transition, it has strong resistance to osmotic impact. D301 exhibits strong adsorption in organic strong negative ions of organic pigments and odor molecules through the electrostatic attraction of its special weak base group, and only exchanges exclusively with inorganic strong acid radicals, despite the coexistence of weak acid radicals or weak organic anions. In addition, its weak base group makes it easy to wash and has high regeneration ability when it reaches saturation, greatly improving the overall exchange capacity and resin service life.

Specifically, the advantage of using D301 lies in its high selective adsorption of inorganic strong acid free radicals such as SO42-, NO32-, Cl -, F - or strong base free radicals OH - for metal salts and non-metallic minerals, as well as its large exchange capacity with negative organic molecules and non-polar organic compounds typically composed of odors and pigments, rather than its inability to capture weak acid or positive organic ions.
